This calculator allows you to compare your accident data to Bureau of Labor Statistics data. [Please note that this calculator is not affiliated with OSHA or the BLS. The data you enter will not be transmitted to OSHA or used in any other manner than solely to calculate incidence rates and compare them for you.]

To use this calculator, follow these steps:

1. Use your OSHA 300 log to fill in the first four pieces of information.
2. Enter your SIC Code. If you do not know your SIC Code, go here.
3. Enter your total workhours for the year.
4. Click Calculate.
